Why did I choose to complete a residency?
I chose to complete a health-system pharmacy administration and leadership residency because I feel that it is the best opportunity to learn and gain experience while pursuing my career goals. As a resident, I am eager to face and overcome the challenges associated with residency. I will have the opportunity to dive into the clinical and administrative areas of health-system pharmacy which will prepare me to be the best clinician, leader and teammate I can be.
