Why did I choose to complete a residency?
I chose to complete a pharmacy residency program because I wanted to rapidly develop advanced clinical judgement, leadership skills, and real-world experience that would shape me into a well-rounded clinician. Residency can provide the clinical, interprofessional, and operational skillset that is essential for the career that I am building.

Why did I choose Morton Plant North Bay Hospital at BayCare?
I chose Morton Plant North Bay Hospital because when I interviewed there the team felt like a family and I could see myself having a professionally fulfilling year with them. The scale of the hospital, the rotations offered, and the fact that it is part of the bigger health system of BayCare were all factors that heavily influenced my decision. North Bay is the perfect place to launch my career and learn from amazing mentors that will push me to practice at the top of my license.
