Why did I choose to complete a residency?
I chose to complete a residency in Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership because I wanted to build on my clinical knowledge and gain leadership skills. My goal through residency is to become a well-rounded clinical pharmacist and develop the skills needed to improve patient care throughout the health system.

Why did I choose St. Joseph’s Hospital at BayCare?
When I was choosing a residency program, it was important to me that the program’s values align with my own. I wanted to find a place where I felt supported and could gain both clinical and administrative experiences. St Joseph’s Hospital has exceeded my expectations by offering a variety of opportunities to help me reach my career goals. The supportive environment, along with the excellent leaders, preceptors, and mentors here, has been exactly what I was looking for in a residency.
