Why did I choose to complete a residency?
I chose to pursue a pharmacy residency because I want to continue challenging myself and transition from being a student to an independent clinical pharmacist. A residency will provide the mentorship, hands-on experience, and exposure to a diverse range of patients needed to refine my clinical judgment and become a well-rounded pharmacist capable of providing high-quality patient care.
