Why did I choose to complete a residency?
I chose to complete a residency because I believe that the PGY1 that will help me in achieving my career aspirations. Completing a PGY1 residency will strengthen my knowledge and understanding of clinical pharmacotherapeutics by allowing hands-on experience and would allow me to apply and expand my clinical knowledge.
Why did I choose South Florida Baptist Hospital at BayCare?
I chose SFBH due to its emphasis on having the residents heavily involved in clinical practice, allowing different electives so the experienced is tailored, working in a multidisciplinary team, and taking care of a diverse patient population.
