Why did I choose to complete a residency?
I chose to complete a residency as it offers extensive training to strengthen my skills as a new pharmacist. It also provides opportunities to work with experienced preceptors, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and engage in direct patient care, all of which are necessary to become a well-rounded clinical pharmacist.
