Why did I choose to complete a residency?
I chose to complete a pharmacy residency because I wanted to continue growing both personally and professionally. Residency provides an opportunity to expand my knowledge, gain confidence in caring for patients, and further develop the clinical and professional skills I built throughout pharmacy school. I saw it as the next step in becoming a competent, confident, and compassionate pharmacist.
