Why did I choose to complete a residency?
I chose to complete a pharmacy residency to continue to pursue my clinical interests and build on the knowledge learned during pharmacy school. By completing a residency, I will have the opportunity to grow as a clinician and strengthen my ability to provide excellent patient care.
Why did I choose St. Joseph’s Hospital at BayCare?
When deciding where I wanted to complete my residency, it was a simple choice. I wanted to train at a hospital that prioritized my learning experience and possessed a strong leadership team with passionate preceptors. St. Joseph’s Hospital provides those opportunities. As a previous pharmacy intern at BayCare, I have always felt welcomed and treated like family. I will have the opportunity to work with strong leaders, compassionate clinicians, and a variety of patient populations in the Tampa Bay community.
