Why did I choose to complete a residency?
My clinical rotations during pharmacy school motivated me to pursue a residency. This experience provides me the opportunity to learn and grow as a new pharmacist in a setting where I am surrounded by experts in this field to help guide me. My goal is to leave this year as a well-rounded and competent pharmacist with confidence in my abilities.
Why did I choose Mease Countryside Hospital at BayCare?
I was fortunate to complete one of my clinical rotations at Mease Countryside. While I was here, I noticed the positive and supportive culture within the pharmacy. After learning more about the program from past residents and exploring the opportunities that would be available to me, I knew I wanted to apply. I am incredibly thankful to now be a part of this amazing team.
