Why did I choose to complete a residency?
Completing a pharmacy residency was important to me because I wanted to gain the extra knowledge and experience to become the best clinical pharmacist I could be. The yearlong training would allow me to work alongside other pharmacist to learn from them to accelerate my growth beyond that of typical work experience.
