Why did I choose to complete a residency?
I chose to complete a residency because I love to learn. My fourth-year rotations in pharmacy school were my favorite part about pharmacy school and I wanted to have an opportunity like that again. The chance to continue my education and become a more competent pharmacist is what inspired me to pursue this residency.

Employees of BayCare boast about their family atmosphere which is what encouraged me to seek a residency position here. I wanted to work at a hospital that I feel proud to be a part of and I have achieved that by working here.
