Why did I choose to complete a residency?
A PGY1 residency will give me the opportunity to further enhance my clinical knowledge, skills, and ability provide optimal patient care. A residency promotes learning through applying the knowledge and skills learned in pharmacy school to a real-world setting.

Why did I choose Mortan Plant North Bay Hospital at BayCare?
North Bay had everything I was looking for in a residency program. The rotations including behavioral health, transitions of care, and cardiology really piqued my interest. The wealth of knowledge and expertise I observed throughout the years while working as a technician at North Bay was second to none. I recognized very early that the North Bay pharmacy team embodied the true BayCare core values of respect, dignity, and trust. They provide a positive and supportive environment that cultivates growth as a new graduate pharmacist.
