Why did I choose to complete a residency?
I chose to pursue post graduate training to grow both personally and professionally. A residency provides me with an accelerated and advanced experience that will allow me to become a well-rounded and confident clinical pharmacist. Residency training provides the opportunity to work with a variety of patients in various hospital settings, allowing me to develop necessary skills to provide complete and excellent patient care.

As a previous intern with BayCare, I always felt welcomed and supported and knew I wanted to stay within the health system that sparked my interest in inpatient pharmaceutical practice.
