Why did I choose to complete a residency?
I chose to complete a residency program because I wanted to take advantage of a worthwhile opportunity to invest in myself and gain the practice knowledge needed to provide my patients with the best possible care.
Why did I choose St. Joseph’s Hospital at BayCare?
I chose St. Joseph’s Hospital because I wanted to work in a community hospital setting where I would be exposed to different areas of practice and a variety of patients. After my interview, I could tell that the pharmacy team was eager to share their expertise with me and would be able to create a learning environment where I would be able to gain the confidence needed for my future practice. I am excited for the countless learning opportunities I will be exposed to while at St. Joseph’s Hospital, and the memories I’m going to make along the way!
